This is my go-to place for BYU Creamery Ice Cream. There is none finer or tastier to be found anywhere! Lots of other great things can be found there also.

Very nice feeling when you walk in. If you have any books you are looking for this is a place to get them at. Very friendly staff. They will assist you if you need assistance. They even have a little area for the little kids to be entertained while the parents look for books. They also have a miniature distribution center. Definitely 5 stars no questions asked!

Everyone is very courteous. They are a little slow at finding things and getting you checked out but who cares. I love this place. You can view inspiring Paintings and fabulous prints. You can find things for gifts of ones of all ages. The Apple Beer drink from the cooler is amazing. You have to try it! Hazel, in clothing, has great stories and knows her stuff about the clothing. Thank you!

I call the Bountiful location in search of a certain item. The lady that answered the phone was so nice to go check on it for me. Unfortunately, that location didn't have what I was looking for. I mentioned that I guess I was going to be calling other stores to try and locate it. Then she said she could check in the computer to narrow down my search. She told me the best location to try was Draper & she gave me their number. I called them & they did have what I was looking for. I asked if they did store-to-store transfers, & she said they did, then asked me when I needed it by. I told her I didn't think it would be possible, but the event is Saturday (spur of the moment event) & this was on a Friday. She then said it could be done. She lives in Bountiful and commutes to Draper. Thank you, ladies, for your excellent customer service❣️ The item I purchased is pictured below.

I love walking into Deseret Book to be greeted and welcomed. The employees are very kind, nice, and willing to answer or find items. Each store is set up differently, and I always seem to find something. Will continue to shop here and recommend to anyone.

They always have the cutest things! One of my favorite stores to drop in on when I don't have much going on! All the workers are so so nice. I love this location!

I usually buy online but the wknd before Christmas sometimes calls for an in-store visit. Went to purchase "6 Days In August" and the moment I walked in the door I was happily greeted and offered help. As a restaurant consultant who emphasizes customer service this location excels in customer service. There's just a warm, welcoming feeling when you walk into this place. Not a phony feeling. Genuine. That is a lost art these days in any business. Next time I need to buy something from DB it will be in-store.
